I was asked to visualize a design scheme for a new mixed use building in situ along Sheppard Ave. The smaller residential sized buildings upon which the site is located and its similar immediate neighbours were likely to be consolidated and/or replaced with larger scale mixed used buildings as was common in the area. As such it was also asked of me to contextualize the new design amongst buildings of equal stature that would more accurately reflect the site and streetscape after the economic and infrastructure boom the area was undergoing.
